Due to Corona, event updates were suspended in 2020, 2021 and into 2022. It was impossible to find reliable event details, without having to check constantly for changes. Autumn 2022, or even in the Summer, could see a return to cancellations, due to a new fast spreading Corona variant (updated: June 2022). We will continue to observe the rules, previously provided - masks and distance. As a result, we have stopped visiting club meets, in indoor spaces. Mostly outdoor events, this year. A new venue has been found, in the north of Denmark. We visited a classic car event, at the location and will publish the images, as soon as possible. |

June 2022 Many events were cancelled in 2020 and 2021, although we did manage to attend a handful of events, which can be found on our Facebook pages. Classic British Cars The Bremen Classic Motorshow is an impressive start to the season and is set to take place again, in 2023. Our archive photo reports are now online, via Facebook and more via links Stevie's Garage in Eutin, is usually part of a British Car tour organised by the MG Freunde Hamburg on the Saturday, of the Easter weekend. If you wish to join the tour, to and further on from Eutin, please contact us. The garage has an annual open day, with barbeque. Anyone with a Classic British Car can join us, if registered in advance. April is usually full of events. We are a member of the team: Britisk Motor Show. The event is set to return in 2024, or could be part of another event in 2023. A new location will be announced soon, as the former location was sold to a former German royal family - the event was cancelled twice, due to Corona and then the location was lost. The basics are: British cars only. We will be concentrating on classic British cars, up to 2005, if you wish to join us - please ask, if unsure. A number of clubs and forums, will be contacted. We could meet in Ladelund, on the Danish border. As the motorways are much quieter and easier to use in Denmark, we will use them in Denmark, but from Ladelund we could use picturesque country roads, for some of the journey. Older slower cars, are advised not to use the motorways in Germany, but we will see which options we have later. FEBRUARY Bremen Classic Motorshow (click here) MARCH APRIL Denmark - Fredericia in April (click here). Highly recommended. We were there in 2018 and 2019 Techno Classica Essen - April in Germany (Facebook). Please send us your events. From AUS to DE and UK, on to France, Denmark, Sweden and any other country. Classic cars and vehicles, with four wheels and more. MG Rover Freunde will be meeting this year, not too far from Hamburg and further afield. The Rendsburg based clubs could be meeting for a tour on the long Easter weekend, so will the MG Freunde Hamburg, in Eutin etc. Part of the MG tour will be a visit to the Stevie's Garage (Eutin) open day, on the Easter weekend. 2018: Transit, Granada & MG in and outside the Retro Show BILLMESSE & Brugtmarked | We hope to be in Denmark again in April and/or October 2022. The Retro Show takes place in Frederecia. https://www.bilmesse-brugtmarked.dk/. The highlight in October 2018, was the only car ever made by the Danes. Britisk Motor Show 2018 - The second event, in Denmark. We were there, for the first time and will there again in June 2022. It was a great event, in 2018 and we were made very welcome. We have already started planning for the 2022 event, at a new location and we are looking at a meeting in Hamburg, Germany, before we all set off to visit the event, with up to 20 classic British cars. We might split the journey in two, by stopping overnight in Middelfart/Frederecia, Denmark and could meet some people in Flensburg. The direct route to the event, looks like this > click here. Their website is currently down, until new data protections issues have been sorted out. Questions can be passed on. www.british-cars.de meets every third Tuesday of the month in a new location, in Halstenbek - check website first. We are usually there from 18:00 hrs.
